Party Plan & Rate Information

Thank you for considering GAETANO Company and GUIDO – SUPA GAIJIN for your special event. Below you’ll find examples of our one and two hour party programs.

PARTY PROGRAMS
ONE HOUR PARTY

“Meet & Greet”; A few minutes of interactive time to acclimate your guests and Guido to each other as well as to focus the group’s energy.
Activities may include Bubbles, Pocket Magic, Treasure Hunt** or Tea Time***.

“Show Time” (20 to 30 minutes depending on age range and focus of guests) featuring;

Physical Comedy
Comedic Juggling
Music
Magic
Balloons.

The remainder of time is spent either;
Making Balloons Sculptures as gifts for your guests (depending on the number)
or
Playing party games.
Ending with Guido leading the birthday song / cake cutting rituals.

TWO HOUR PARTY

“Meet & Greet”; 10 -15 minutes of interactive time (see above).

“Show Time”; (40 to 60 minutes depending on age range and focus of guests) featuring;

Physical Comedy
Comedic Juggling
Musical Saw
Ukulele
Hat Tricks
Plate Spinning
Magic
The remainder of time is spent;
Teaching circus skills (including; scarf juggling, peacock feather balancing, magic and juggling)
Playing party games.
Making Balloons Sculptures as gifts for your guests.
Ending with Guido leading the birthday song / cake cutting rituals.

** Treasure Hunts are offered as part of my Pirate party package.
*** Tea Time is offered as part of my girls party package called “Pretty Pink Party”.

Rate Information:

Please mail us with the below information and we will get back to you promptly with a rate quote. Feel free to include any/all additional information that you feel is relevant.

Party date and time.
Party location.
Age range and number of guests.
Preferred entertainment program; one, two or more hours.
Preferred theme;
MAGICIAN, ONE MAN CIRCUS, PRETTY PINK PARTY, SUPA GAIJIN or PIRATE.
Customized characters and themes are possible if time and budget allow.
School(s) that your guests attend.
Preferred language; English, Japanese or both.
Please let us know how you heard about Guido – SUPA GAIJIN
and or if your guests have seen him before.

Payments are typically in cash at the conclusion of the event.
Other arrangements (ie: bank transfers etc) are also possible.

Our rates are based on parties / events located in the central Tokyo area. Additional charges may apply to parties / events, depending on the location.

There is also an additional charge for shared parties.
(ie: multiple families not multiple siblings)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

GUIDO – SUPA GAIJIN arrives 15 minutes early to asses and set up the　performance space in an area approximately the size of 3 or 4 tatami mats for a “stage”, preferably in the corner of a room and with out entrances / exits around or behind it. There should also be enough room for all of your guests to sit in front of the “stage” either on the floor and / or in chairs.

Just a few suggestions about having many kids in your house at one time…

It’s impossible to compete with video games etc so during his visit GUIDO – SUPA GAIJIN requests that children’s rooms are off limits to party guests and that all toys be put away.

With larger groups (15 + kids) GUIDO – SUPA GAIJIN will likely need a parent or two to help keep order. He is VERY silly and like an uncle figure so kids express their love and excitement in many interesting ways. If necessary GUIDO – SUPA GAIJIN will assign a “Parental Police Person” to handle any overly excited guest(s).

Lastly, GUIDO – SUPA GAIJIN welcomes guests of all ages including parents, but if they are too busy schmoozing to enjoy the show he respectfully requests that they move to a separate area so as to not cause any distractions.
